Here is what is included:

- Direct to plate set-up from your digital files

- (4/1) Insert: 4 color printing on the front side of the insert, grayscale on reverse

- (4/0) Tray Card: 4 color printing on the outside of the tray card

- Printed on 60# gloss cover stock

- Price includes folding, scoring and perforation

Options:

- 4-color process instead of grayscale on reverse side add $165.

- Printing on inside of the tray card add $125.

- Polarproof add $65.
